Trading Runescape Account (99 Mining ) for Multiple 50's

I have a account.. It is currently 97 mining, almost 98. I will get it to 99 or leave it as it is for you.

I will verify in game with screenshots/ and show you the account it self.

This account has 8million gold+ And will include some nice items.

Once it gets 99 mining, it is a very rare cape. Only 3,000 people in the game have it.

No It is not a level 3....
