haha, as a web developer you should always check if it is your own website, would you make checkout only for login users or would you make it for both? You just think about your TOS, But I'm just 100% entitled to my money and I'll stick with that. Hope you realize once what you did wrong and that you finally figure out how to fix it, not just with me but with multiple customers you have.
