    What i mean is that the account should have around these stats:

    20-30 atk
    40+str
    1 def (absolutely must have 1 def)
    1 pray (I WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING WITH OVER 1 PRAYER OR 1 DEF)
    30+ range
    i dont care about mage preferably 25 mage

    i will be paying by paypal around 10 usd



    i will pay more if it has some starting cash like 40+k
