Just did his cape, I am now accepting rsgp for my junk... keep in mind you dont actually lose cash when using junk methods so yea

if a cape before was 10 bucks
it would be around 4m junk
because you can sell that junk to someone by paying them 8 dollars

Vouch for this guy! He got me a fire cape, even though he was on wave 50 then the world went offline, the next day he started all over and got me one! Awesome guy!
