Scar and RSBot

Rsbot is so easy and uncomplicated.
Idk what to do with Scar when I got it.

Rsbot is so flexible too.
100% better than scar.

 

This is a matter of opinion its whatever you start using first is which is going to win. Sure Scar is harder to setup but Rsbot is very laggy.

 

ok u guys seem to have trouble knowing which is better so I will tell you.

RSBOT IS BETTER. It doesn't mess up as often as scar because scripts in rsbot can be programed with pin point accuracy and its even possible to make a perfect script (there are some) if you find a good programmer.

Scar is good but it messes up more then rsbot. Scripts for scar would take way too much programing to work as nicely as some rsbot scripts, the only good thing about scar is the fact that it is about 100X less detectable then rsbot and use less memory/cpu. Also the amount of account you can run at one time is a + for sythe.

you may prefer scar over rsbot but that does not mean it is better.

I voted RSbot, it's easier to use.

 

iced used scar for about 3 years it gets boring and it is detectible every bot is. i just started using rsbot for idk maybe about a week now and its more user friendly

 

I dont believe i am saying this but I like RSBOT better really sorry scar peeps but I used scar for years now 2 i think got smart srl of course but scripts (jr member) ones would stop working at like 4 hours into it (forefeathers was awsome though! worked for like 3 overnights for me)

But i got rsbot and worked smooth and all night with good anti random so really sorry scar but rsbot wins.....................................................................................................................for now

 

Well, going off personal experience here I would have to say I prefer scar (by a long shot) :laugh: . About 95% of the reason that people prefer RSBOT is that it's more "easy to use". But the easy is not always the best way, eh?

If the purpose of a macro is to do a repeated task over and over again, and I had to choose between 2 bots, 1 that got banned really fast but was more kid friendly or one that was as he says "100x less detectable" with more players on at one time AND had less CPU usage? I think I would take the 2nd choice. :huh:

I dunno about you guys but SCAR for me seems like the obvious choice, and with a good script I don't think it's even that hard to setup (and I have no programming exp. or formal computer knowledge).

But @88jayto with a good scar script (and I'm not talking about most of the public ones) it doesn't even mess up that often (if at all). So I would have to say that scar would be a whole lot better if you pin 2 arguments together.

I liked Rsbot back when i was illiterate when it came to computers. But now i use SCAR, and i love it. So i guess you could say RsBot is a stepping stone to learning SCAR.

Ok guys, I have used both SCAR and RSbot for a while now.

I like scar a lot, but the problem for me is randoms. SCAR doesn't solve randoms... just logs you out. Right?

On the other hand, RSbot can solve a lot of randoms.

Ease of use isn't really a problem for me, even though I have no scripting knowledge/experience, both are easy to set up if you read directions lol.

So that is why I voted RSbot.


And purpledank, if most public scripts aren't good, how are you getting "private" scripts... since you said yourself you don't script.

wrong!!!!!! scar completly sucks it isnt user friendly and i make wayyyyyyyy more moneys useing rsbot then i do with scar scar is well how can i say this sucks!!!!!

SCAR HAS REFLECTION WHICH ALLOWS IT TO DO EVERYTHING RSBOT DOES WITHOUT HACKING A CLIENT...

someone should close this, its been overcome with noobs posting the same shit over and over, even though the stuff they post has nothing to do with which is better.
