How much would a level 3 account with 85 mining, about 8mil and negligible other skills go for?

Any advice is appreciated.

That little? I'm a bit surprised. At ~3$ a mil that would be 20-24$, so barely anything for the skills? 85 is a lot of work...

 

I'd pay about $40-50 for it. Realistically it's just one skill. I got a lvl 95 miner with 20M on it and it still goes for less.
