Overlay plugin request

Hello,

I'm after an overlay for my POH tip jar, this overlay should show the last 5 tippers and the amount tipped. Or be in the collapsible sidebar like the hiscores and other plugins, if in the side bar could it also have a tab where it logged all donations ever received? For example User A total amount donated = x (would show a users total donations ever donated along with other users).

This just helps when going afk or not paying enough attention.

Feel free to shoot me a pm if you have any questions, looking for quotes or advice currently as I'm not sure how much work or time would be involved.
