Looking for a mage/range build with alternate melee

Hello, I am currently making an account for PvP (minigames, primarily PvP). These are some builds I have in mind, post your opinions, changes, or suggestions. Thanks for any help.


Range/Mage
60 att (Dragon skimmi)
80 str
40 def (My account already has 10 def due to the wrong button in Fist of Guthix mage training)
80 Range
96 Mage

With that 96 Mage being an outstanding stat, and quite a high level, I would go for something like this.

60 Attack ( Dds in inventory )
90 Strength ( Rune Gloves/ Spec 31's )
90+ Ranged ( High Rune Arrow/ Rune Crossbow hits )
20 Defence ( Rune Gloves )
52 PRayer.

 

why 96 mage?

 

Go ahead and finish 99 magic for the cape,
tbh
its well worth it.

then get stats like
60 attack
99 strength
40 defense
1 PRAYER
99 range
99 magic
99 hp
That is pretty much one of the ultimate pures.

 

i think it should be

60 att (dds)
80 str
80 range
85 mage
20 def
