hey guys im just wondering who your hero is so post a picture and explain why.


here is my hero, i don't need to explain if you know who he is. I someday hope to have money like him the girls would be an added bonus

Joe Strummer

He was the frontman of one of my favourite bands, he wrote amazing music and had great spirit (RIP 1952-2002)

 

Zach De La Rocha - A political activist and also singer and songwriter of the band Rage Against The Machine. Listen to some of their songs, read the lyrics, understand them, etc. if you haven't already.

 

Warren Buffet. I admire his business skills, as well as his charitable soul. (He gave close to 30-ish Billion US dollars to the Gates' charity organization)

 

What can I say. He's a beast at swimming and I admire him in many ways, he's certainly inspired me.

 

G-Dragon is not only a prodigy at singing, but he is also amazing at dancing and writing songs. I like his style as well. ;3

 

Serj Tankian is my hero <3 He is one of the greatest vocalists to date; even if you don't like his music, you have to admit that some of the notes he hits should not be humanly possible.

He's also a great poet. Read his entire book of poetry and was amazed.

He is also a political advocate, which I think is awesome, even though I don't agree with most of his ideas >.> He wont take anything sitting down.

Bert McCracken. First off. Bad ass name? Fuck yeah. Second, I love his music. He's also a pretty funny guy.

 

I don't really have a hero to look up to.

 

Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails has earned so much respect from me over the years. I've come to love the way in which he embraces modern culture and is actively involved in things like free music downloads etc. Not only this, but he's a very humble man and doesn't use his success against other people. Never have I come across a frontman who's made so much money and is so famous that is still polite and grateful to his fans. I was disappointed when he went into rehab in 2000, but since then he's turned his act around and has been clean for ~6 years. He's currently touring with Jane's Addiction (The tour is amusingly named NIN|JA). Also he's a fucking musical genius: he plays so many instruments, and plays them well.

 

Bob marley because he's a legend made awesome music, and was stoned most of the time.

I'm so glad you mentioned him! I agree 100% with everything you said. He is one of the nicest celebrities you'll ever meet. Not one bad thing to say about him.
