Helps Me!!! unrightfully banned rscheata.net

i was unrightfully banned from rscheata because the new proxy i downloade did something and got me banned! i dunno what though... said paypal chargeback wonder what that means. but anyways is there anyway i can get unbanned without sending them that form? i really loved ibot and whenever i try to create a new account it says srry u are banned... plz help me i was just about to logout when it reloaded and told me i was banned. whoever helps me will get a free runescape account. so plz help!!!

 

Never been to the site, but it sounds like the Paypal payment got denied, kind of like bouncing a check. Except, instead of loading you down with fees, they just banned you.

If you want to sign up for a new account, you're gonna have to change your ip address, either by proxy, changing ISP, using a different computer, etc.

 

it was either the proxyip that got you banned, since someone earlier used the same ip to scam
OR
you have done a paypal chargeback yourself, which has nothing to do with the proxy you used.

i suggest you write that form, because i see no other way of having your user unbanned.
