Ranging Question

Any decent spot i can semi afk and get range xp without tanking?

Like the training camp but more time to afk, my range is low.

you cant afk at rock crabs theyre not aggresive

74 Range 46 Def, Zerk pure. 90 hp. That's all that should matter.

 

Yes you can, just go to a full world and go to rock crabs in that island (I forgot the name, but you take a boat) and you'll get good xp.

Rock crabs are aggressive for a short time. If you cannon there and check up every so often, I guess that would work.

 

Noones answering my question. Rock crabs are not agressive, waterbirth is always full, and its not 100% aggro.

You have to keep walking around and they aren't aggressive.

The best way to do this would be to spend an hour at green dragons and spend the earnings on chins. I did a quick calculation and this is equivalent to obtaining about 30k range xp in an hour (accounting time spent on drags).

For me, I'm 21.7m range xp, what I did was slayer'd most of my way to 99 and did the final few levels at avainsees and gwd. Do some other things instead of training it directly, you'll notice that it's less boring and you'll check your xp less.

Ranging slayer may seem silly, but it works surprisingly well. Train yourself to wield a bow instead of a melee weapon. Range everything. Just bring tank gear with a d'hide body and mithril bolts / mithril arrows.


But I guess that didn't answer your afk question directly. to afk, range is a bit hard with your def, so I wouldn't know what to say.

 

go to tz-haar there is plenty of safe spots and you'll only get hit if your stupid

 

You use your brain, you are very limited with that low of def.

 

If you're training your range fast, I wouldn't recommend using safe spots. Just a point of advice.

Prayer at bandits, im doing it atm, while posting on sythe..

 

If you want to go this route, the mummies in chaos tunnels or the skeletons in ape atoll also work great. mummies drop ancient staffs, so aint that bad.
