I payed him $1,000 to start the website and we agreed the he would get the other $1500 once the website was complete and running yet I payed him before that. He gave me a 3 week finish date on the website and kept extending it, my previous discord that got banned has a lot of dm's with him (unique id posted here Screenshot - 512d89a203adfd8161002e48a0fc435e - Gyazo Bert#5001, Bert#7777). He then implementing his own website design, and implemented the design with the help of Grave aswell, and always told me that I could get a design made and he would implement it free of charge; yet, the last time I asked him he said he would charge for it.

I paid another $X for the website design to @Jason , waiting for UKF to upload, Jason also has some dms in group chats I beleive.

The main reason why he is getting reporting now is because he hasn't been replying to me for months while he promised me years of support for my website, and not being able to keep his word with dates, stalling things, and now not replying at all (Hasn't been replying to @Blaxe either for months). The other day I got a pm from a user called "Nolove" on discord... showing as follows (then later discover UKF has blocked me on discord) while he is replying to him trying to get him to buy a website mentioning that he has made a website for me and many other users... which I know many to this day are not complete.

(he dms me the next day when his account had a dnt, keep in mind when i was trying to find his dms the day before none were showing up, no matter if i search UKF in all caps, lowercase or typing lebgh0st on discord so this mean he must have had me blocked like he had @Blaxe blocked)
Don't promise your customers years of support, make false promises of getting the whole website done within 3 weeks and taking months to complete, then asking for extra money to upload graphics, when many times after uploading "graves" graphics you told me to get graphics from Jason and you would upload it free of charge... and now that you have ignored me for this long, after we had spent that many hours in voice and I actually considered you a friend you did all this, I would not want to do business with you nor recommend anyone to do so either.

@Baod wanted me to mention that you should be excepting a report from him aswell.

More people have contacted me now and I will have more claims to share soon, seems like you have an issue of taking way too many projects and not completing them, along with just leaving your customers hanging without reply's. (as of 12:24am eastern time, february 16th)

Let's get the things clear, @Baod is a serial cheap who got banned from my server and blocked previously as well from Hydra Tech. server for plenty of reasons, I will pass on this one.

Regarding MonkeysGold, I will keep him blocked until further notice.
Regarding your website, that's correct, I said I would do Grave's design for free, not 50 design updates for free, your issue could be fixed and done privately, I suppose.

Also the title is pretty much misleading, I don't know if you're trying to create an illusion of what has happened, but I will say it again, feel free to read my services terms and conditions.

In any given circumstances, there's no one on earth who would provide years of support, you are purchasing a website not an oldschool Porsche.

I didn't scam you or MonkeysGold or even Baod, it's funny that everyone's trying to team up to take me down.
Nevertheless, not answering people isn't a scam, just so we're clear.

@Blaxe @Baod I have the right to terminate any service without any refund whenever I feel there's a delay from your side.
Also regarding Baod's hysteria, I have plenty of chats stacked, @BlackBlasses passed thru them last night and was recording and provide proof of conversation.

Regarding selling/re-selling a website to a customer, I have ownership of my products, the design should be unique, read the conversation between me and NoLove again.

Just to be clear, after Grave's design you told me MORE THAN ONE TIME to get graphics from Jason and you would do it free of charge along with your "longtime support". I hope you don't delete any chatlogs from Bert#5001, and if I am not mistaken, the day before I messaged you on my current account, I had another account Bert#7777, where you also confirmed this on and said you would get to it after your "busy week" (you stayed busy until a few days ago apparently :S when your account got DNT) and I would've been up on the que to get my work done and then when it got banned and I got on Bert#1111 you told me once again that you would charge me... I don't even have chatlogs due to my discord bans and I remember all of this very clearly (oh btw our 3 week total due date might've even been 2 weeks, I'm just being generous with the report honestly)

You told me my website is completely custom and unique and you built it from scratch in front of me (You would have ownership of the product if I didn't pay you the $2.5k) even said years down the line if we don't work together... I will always own and have access to that code on Github, so how can you in any way you have ownership of a custom product you made for someone and made them pay for it... you mentioned that code is mine more than once. Be sure to go read chat logs before making false claims.

 

The web design is yours, I've never said the inverse, even in the chat with NoLove while you are trying to setup something sketchy, I've said that every single design should be unique, and the code is yours, correct, I've never said the inverse as well, I've said that I am allowed to sell my own code since I've written it.

 

You are actually braindead if you think I would take my time to set something up on you after not reporting you for this many months. I got a dm from him telling me you are trying to sell him a website while you had been MIA for months. I then try to search your name to message you... like i stated I tryed putting your name in many different types of format and our chat was not poppin up which mean you had me blocked, and you message me the next day when your account had a dnt...Take your time to look at the evidence

I would also like to add that after this shitshow, I would not be considered to be a normal person if I used your developed website; what you did was like spitting on my face.

 

I'm not entitled to pay anyone anything, I'm not going to answer you, I don't even know why I am bothering, regardless posting in someone else's report is against the result and you would get some infraction points.

Regarding @RewnScapeServices you requested that I don't do the bot anymore and I still have the conversation.

1. Bert has to pay 500$ to get his website design done, correct, it was 300$ and now I am demanding 500$ (take or leave) or it will be queued until all of my projects that I have on my server are done.
2. MonkeysGold's design will not be done as he broke the agreement and terms of service.
3. RewnScapeServices is something offset as he didn't make it by Christmas to make some profits so I'm the one to blame as usual.

There's a difference between requested paid work at the last minute whereas it's supposed to be a bot and it wasn't mentioned in the original requirements, feel free to pull the chat, and between the additional paid work that you wanted to get at the last minute before Christmas.

If you failed to get profit on Christmas and during the pandemic, why do I have to get the blame?

Note that I've not forced you to buy anything off me, and you're a developer as well, so you could've done the job alone without the need to ask me for a website.
Don't come over and put your things all together on me.
Whether it was a 15 minutes job or a 1 business day, I can charge any amount I work, it's either a take or leave/pass, I didn't force you to accept my offer, and you had the source code as well to work with it.

Bert, instead of pointing false accusations with other people, stick to your chats, doesn't sound like you're doing well on this well so you're trying to get other people's chat and attention to stack them up against me in one big report, doesn't sound mature enough.

Yesterday I offered you that I finish your design for free after I finish what I have in hand, you said that you would rather wait for the report to come out, and now I am telling you that my offer became 500$, it's either a take or leave/pass and you could ask anyone else to do the job, what you're saying is absurd, and I ain't working for you, you have to respect people so you get it in return.

Pm'ing me one million time with the words "sharmouta" aka whore in arabic and some weirdo names didn't make it faster so you have to take it the hard way and report me, I'll bite this one, but the cool thing about you is that all of the other additional features that I've added and modified during the development to satisfy your needs, you didn't even bother mentioning them, which shows the lack of respect and self-control/mentality.

Think twice before throwing false accusations alongside the whole club above.
Meanwhile, anyone who wants to add something to the thread, feel free to do so, too many haters that can't do their job properly are throwing it on me, so why not?

Funny that you say that, I have never seen this user on sythe nor interacted with him until he replied to this thread.

Care to provide the screenshot of me agreeing to terms? Because this is months after your sythe dm with your terms that I clearly did not reply to, we had our own terms in our dm's which you probably deleted. This payment of $1500 wasn't even supposed to be sent to you until the site was fully up and running, so I take the blame for that part.

edit: Also don't forget to show the parts where the agreement on the full website to finish was maximum 3 weeks, I think initially the agreement was 2 weeks; I just said 3 to be safe.

 

@Pirate I guess you got the conversation/chat with me and Bert, and here's a proof that I did the design twice according to Grave and Bert.
