Guy tried to send virus - IP ban please! ^_^

He's being all pushy and pretending to send me a picture when really it's an executive file. When I say I don't want his account he tries to give me the same file with a new name called "paypal info". He's such a retard. Please IP ban this person before he attempts to scam anyone else. I'm sure he has multiple sythe accounts.
