Your opinion on skateboarding?

I skateboard so all my views are very biased towards skateboarding. I want to know what people who don't skateboard think of skateboarding or people that skateboard.

 

i personally love skateboarding especially with my mini ramp

 

I occasionally do it. Skateboarders, don't bother me at all, they're doing their thing, something they love. Nothing wrong with that.

 

Nothing wrong with skaters in general. They generally stick to themselves anyway. Or at least here they do.


Like theres fag's that 'think' they are skaters that hang out the front of shops and just insult people who walk past. But the 'real' skaters are the ones actually at the skate park or skating on the streets, not just hanging around doing shit all.

The ones that just hang out at the front of shops are retards that think holding a skateboard makes them a skater.


So like anything, the real skaters are good. The wanna-be's are fags.

i love skating, its amazing. but i quit last year due to hospital bills which i still need to pay. broke my arm owe 2650/5172.

I skate. A lot... Having a long break at the moment though due to leg injury.

 

Well i have skateboarded for 2 years now and can nollie tre flip....

But i think it's a great thing to do when you have nothing to do.

 

I hate the way they dress.

And I think you shouldn't wear those clothes unless you can kickflip n shit.

 

I used to skateboard a nice bit back in the day.

 

Louis, i agree, there are many wannabe skaters.

But i'm one of the best in my school, so i have the right to wear skinny jeans

 

I wear skinny's and i don't even skate.

Skinny's isn't neccessarily a skater thing.

 

Used to skateboard in 6th to 7th grade only stopped because I didn't find it fun anymore

 

Some wannabes are just such fucking assholes. Like their attitude just gets me so annoyed. They're like on their skateboard, growing their hair etc. thinking their all cool. They think their cool by just completely ignoring cars that pass by etc.

I think skating is cool, and real skaters should keep doing their thing, but fake skaters should GTFO.

Personally I prefer BMX though.

 

I wouldn't worry much about the people who fake it since they aren't progressing at all

 

The wannabes are fucking annoying. I was at the park today and there was some random posers in a car honking trying to fuck us up. We almost got in a fight with them.

 

Skinny jeans was adopted by skateboarders. Remember, Skinny jeans was started by rock and roll.

Anyways, My skating days have slowed. Currently I have no skateboard, and no cash, and BMX to get around. It's summer and skating would make me sweat so badly in this heat. I'll probably start skating again when it gets cold (october/september).

 

Skaters never really adopted skinny jeans. They went straight from the ridiculously baggy 90's style to coords. I will admit theres a few people that skate that wear skinny jeans.

 

He is probably American. We have a pretty shitty country in a way.


I hate the 8th graders in my school who wear Flameboy shirts and think they are bad ass.

Personally, I never learned to really skate board, not my thing.
