I'd recommend just diving into javascript and going from there, man. You can build nearly anything with it and can now even use it server side (instead of just in the browser) with Node.js. If for whatever reason you don't want to do javascript or just want to start with a back-end language (one that runs on the server) then look into Python. It's a very readable and easy language to start with. Good luck

It depends on what you want to do. So please inform us on what you are looking to acheive. As in game creation, website building, windows applications, game scripts, etc.

Javascript is unlike any other language and some of the nuances would make it confusing afffffff to a beginner. I'd start with Python, then C or C++, then branch out from there personally unless you were 100% committed to webdev. But it really depends on your goals.

Program language doesn't matter. Focus on the concepts.

Python is by far the easiest to learn, it's the most english language of all that is also popular.

But if you learn one language you learn all of them basically

What you are doing when you are learning how to code for the first time is not the Syntax of the language (the syntax is all the words and the rules are used) but how do you think like a "programmer" (cringy but true)
