^ thats the site that i keep sending people.. i searched google and it knew nothing on the matter..

anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this issue?

Every time it's different
I would suggest you to have a full MALEWARE scan. Don't use any other's except for the anti bits maleware.

 

Scan your whole computer http://www.avg.com/
Port scan your computer and if you see anything over 20000 I'd advise you to Google the port and service, and possibly 6667.
If necessary reformat.

 

Remove msn, and do a virus scan. Then just download it again.
