I don't care if used or brand new.
Must be completely working. Light scratches are fine. Must not have a problem at all (no joystick problem, no buttons problem, no speaker problem etc etc.)
What kind of broken thing I will only accept is if can't read UMD at all, that is fine. Aside from that, everything must work.

Battery must be working and charging, if charger unplug, battery must still be working.
USB port must be completely working.
Must have a memory card included, at least 2GB.
