need help with port forwarding

ok i did everything correctly when setting up my portforawrding for my runescape private server, but other people and i cannot connect to my server... i set up a no-ip, i portforwarded my router to my computer through port 43594, and i even portforward my modem through to my router... i really need help because nothing i try works

 

If you're having trouble port forwarding, try downloading UTorrent. It will Port forward for you. I can't make a guide right now, but I'm sure there are some on a Private Server Community Forums. If you need any help finding a guide pm and I'll send you a link.

 

i have utorrent and i tried that too... nothing is working...

 

Have you tried changing the port to 5555 on Utorrent? Once you have done that, go to your servers folder and go to "Client" and look for the port and change it to 5555, then compile. If that doesn't work then try going to a Private Server Community Forums that has more knowledge in Private Servers then Sythe.
