Explanation of the trade: This is a bit of a trickier trade in itself. I purchased 2 accounts (73 agility, 77 runecrafting) and 3 accounts (73 agility). We agreed on a price of 189M but ended up settling down for 185M, which I had paid to him, he had delivered the usernames to me. The one big caveat of this entire trade is the domain of all 5 accounts has been "flagged" as I was told. I was explained to the issue this causes - You can't register an email, you can't change the password which in turn means - if the account is hacked/stolen nothing can be done. I was a bit skeptical but I trusted ThinkMore and I trusted the word of a mutual friend of ours, Boel. So I went on with the trade. One of the agility accounts had no membership, I didn't mind. Not the end of the world. It was late at night for me, having worked all day, I logged onto ONE of the 77rc 73 agil accounts - Purchased pickaxes from the Grand Exchange, walked all the way to east Varrock to train the mining to get it ready to be a blood rc'er. I believe I mined 7-8 copper ores and I even messaged another partner/friend of mine at that time, "I'm not gonna do this tonight, I'm going to bed." I logged off. It was the only account I logged into at that time. Woke up this morning ready to hand train all accounts, the only account I logged into last night has become banned.

How they scammed: We can't seem to come to agreement about the entire situation, I've offered some solutions, he's declined. He's offered some solutions, I've declined. There is going to be a screen recording of the discord messages only of this morning. I'm sure he will post evidence of what was said before the trade happened. The only resolution I've come close to is him offering to refund me 90% for the account that's already banned and I've declined. I want 100% refund for that account - I did not purchase an account that wasn't rested and would be banned within 72 hours. I did mention due to this, I would like to either be refunded for both of the rc accounts, I was willing to keep the agility only accounts. I logged into the one account, was on it for 5 minutes, and next day banned. Chances of it happening on the other account as they seemed to be identical, was high. He declined and told me he can't refund all 5 or even 4 due to the domain issue. He can't resell because password is unable to be changed and I would be attached to the accounts forever - I proceeded to tell him I don't believe this should be held against me, because it wouldn't be that way if the domain weren't flagged. He told me I can't play on the other rc account just to see if it gets banned, but that fears me because I didn't buy an account to not play on it, which also eats away at a 72 hour guarantee.

What you fail to show here is me laying out the Terms and you accepting them Before purchase. Even in this video you admit you accepted and knew the terms completely before purchase.

Where did I publicly release all 5 accounts? I only leaked the one account that's ruined and banned already. I removed the video links and re-viewed them. I don't see where I included the account log in informations?

 

While waiting for Moderators to intervene, I continued to do some research.
On his own ad listing it states: "IF AN ACCOUNT IS BANNED AFTER 72 HOURS OF SALE I WILL NOT BE PROVIDING A REFUND."
We are within 72 hours on the first account alone.

 

I offered to refund the account 90% of total. you turned it down. you insisted on me refunding both or all accounts. this is why we couldnt come to a conclusion. stop blowing the post up and wait for moderators. im over this.

I agree, I took 10% off for the brian cells you've caused me to loose over this. Put it simply, if you buy 5 wood beams from home depot and one is rotten you dont return all 5. You get a refund on the one or get a new one. The video you posted shows me co-operating with you up until you decided to accuse me of double account sale and also proceeded to insist I refund everything. At the end of the day you were wanting a refund off a "feeling" not facts. you got what you paid for and the account you leaked would be unbanned tomorrow(you get to keep the account + 90% refund) if thats unfair then i have no idea what to tell you. I warned you going into this and was willing to work with you. Might as well show screenshots of you begging for me to respond to you when i was busy at a funeral. You're just out to ruin reputation or be a spastic. I can't figure it out.

 

Very poor business and very unprofessional my friend. I'm afraid I can no longer bring you any business, even after this is settled. You specifically stated a few of your accounts were banned and that one must be linked. Of course I want refunded for all of them, it's only a matter of time until the chain ban happens again due to your poor security.

I'm not sure this post warrants prior un-related conversations we had on discord, but as a businessman, you can surely bring them up as it'll only drop your reputation even further. Your Sythe post does not state "refund minus 10%" so you can't just decide to slide that in there because you're "loosing" "brian" cells.

I have decided if you're willing to refund 67.5M in full for the one account, I will close this report. I will not utilize that account even if it's unbanned. (You can't log-in to check the ban status, but apparently you can) The other accounts haven't been phased with a ban, yet. But you refusing and deciding to keep 10% because you can't figure out how to be a proper business man, I shall keep the report open and drag you through this process. The decision is up to you, ultimately. Whichever you choose - the bridge is forever burned with you. I can't deal with unprofessional-ism and adding additional comments in a Sythe report (where your rep is at risk) that is completely un-related due to frustration.

We can take this as a lesson learned, for everyone in the future.

 

I am not going to let my name be slander, because you agree'd to something and backed out. I know my words up there aren't professional for business, but I'm a realistic man. Everyone that has worked with me loves me, except you. In all honesty. You don't know anything about the botting world. Boel and I have told you just about everything to it. I've never been chainbanned and on top of this in the video you posted I mention how i rotate these accounts across 8 ip's the only way i could catch a chainban would be via mule. The accounts I sold you werent using any mule in the first place. This goes back to my point, you want a REFUND off REGRET and a FEELING of something happening. Again in the video I STATED I would be willing to refund any banned account and it wasnt good enough for you. You just want it all and then some. That's not how it works. SO call me unprofessional. If you were in MY RESTAURAUNT irl, we would laugh. I deal with people like you all the time in the real world. You're literally coming after me in pure emotion. Anyone with a brain can see in the video I was working with you completely.


Note about the Refund, in the video, I was willing to give a full amount. Then you declined and said "I want all 5 refunded" thats when you lost your 100% return. You accuse me of Double account selling and then ask for everything to be refunded when I LAID out the sale to you in the most descriptive way possible. I will not refund accounts that are perfectly fine when the password and email can't be changed. They loose ALL value. I don't care that you are worried. At all. I do care about whats banned. Just because you want to refund 90% of the account now after all this, is appreciated, however its bullshit we went through this in the first place. You got triggered and emotionaly came at me. Which is a pattern.

I believe the only person struggling to understand business is you. Bans in runescape can happen. Its un realistic to think they can't. If you want hand trained accounts pay Hand trained prices. Again, I was willing to refund up until you asked for all of them to be refund on a feeling. I was professional, as I warned you Blatantly explaining the whole process and I didnt even pressure you to buy. YOU made the decision and YOU decided to go through with it> I undertsand, that some of it is off trust. I need trust to have this side business. Thats why I Keep going back to the point of me offering a refund on what was lost, but it not being good enough for you. I just can't validate refunding all these accounts when they've been rested, aren't banned, and you have full access forever. Ill take the accusations of being a poor business man, but i wont kiss your feet, because you asked me too.

I have been on sythe for 5 years, i've seen this happen to other people, and I know that my intentions are correct. So i want you to "drag" me through this. Your threats mean nothing to me.

One last thing, I do apologize for the Brain cell Comment. Ill be leaving it up here for proof of it existing, but I still feel very strongly about everything else. I was willing to help you fully on anything lost. Im not going to hand you 5 accounts that i blatantly informed can't be changed in anyway, and its best to use for gold farming. Then also refund the money. As a "business" thats just throwing away money.

 

I just now asked for a refund of 67.5M (100%) for the only affected account - to result in a closure of this report. I am willing to keep the rest of the accounts.
