Introduction


Welcome to my RuneScape Pure Guide. Have you ever wanted a pure but couldnt decide which one to make? Well there are tons of types of pures and im here to help you find the one that is just right for you. Pures are basically made for Pking, A pure keeps one of his/her combat related levels low to keep a seriously low combat level. For instance a non - pure player could have (60attack, 60strength, 60 defence, and a Pure could have (60attack, 90strength, and 1 defence)

G-Mauler
Initiate pure - also known as a Mith Pure because they have same defence
Obby Mauler - members
Whipper
Strength Pure
Tank
Hybrid
Rune Pure(Zerker pure)
Black Pure

G-MAULER

Info: G-Maul pures use a granite maul to fight, usually use a weapon to get the opponent lower health such as Rune knives, Mage Short Bow, Rune scim. G-maulers will also use ancients to freeze their opponents in place while they attack them


Below is a (G-Mauler's) stats

Attack - 50
Strength - 50-99
Defence - 1
Range - 40-99
Mage - 70-94




INITIATE/MITH PURE


Info: 20 defence for Initiate armour, Recruitment drive quest to wear/buy initiate armour from the shop. There is also a enhanced version of initiate, called proselyte.

Below is an initiate pures typical stats.

attack - 40-75
strength - 60-99
defence - 20
range - 40-99

Initiate armour helps prayer stay up longer therefore initiate pures have around 25-52 prayer.


OBBY MAULER

~This pure type is p2p only~

obby-maulers typical stats below. Obby-maulers will usually use range to reduce their opponents hitpoints, when their opponents hp is low enough, then will take out their Tzhaar-Ket-Om for a quick k0.

attack -1-5
strength - 60-99
defence - 1
range - 40-99

obby maulers use the members weapon Tzhaar-Ket-Om and Berserker necklaces to fight.

Whipper


A Whipper is not used very often.. mostly because the levels needed are hard to obtain. Below is a normal whippers levels.

defence - 1
range - 40-99

A whipper is usually used in the Duel arena.

Strength Pure


This is the most popular pure. Below is a normal strength pure's levels

attack - 40-60
strength - 70-99
defence - 1
range - 40-99
mage - 70-94

These pures are the most common in the Wilderness.

Ranged Tank

This is what is taking pures down in the Wilderness right now.

Levels:

RANGE - 70-99
DEFENCE - 70-99
MAGE - 94+ obtained to cast the vengeance spell

Hybrid

A Hybrid is a pure that uses 2 or more combat styles. Very common.

Rune Pure

A Rune Pure/zerker pure is Really popular right now. Below is a normal Rune Pure's Levels.

mage - 94+ obtained for the vengeance spell, similar to a ring of recoil

Black Pure


A Black Pure is somewhat popular. Black Pure's typically wear Full Black. Below is a typical Black Pure's levels.

Don't have a stat training thread, this was the best place to put it

 

What about defence pures?

 

They don't count nah good point, they technically fall under tank, because they will either have mage or range up, unless its a hardcore def pure and only trains def, in which case, I solute your persistence
