$5 BIN for a LVL 76 with members + 3m? OMGWTF!

This account has 7 days of membership and nearly 3M. It has no recoveries and no bank pin. It has, since the picture, gained 2 levels in Mining (now 54). The name is fairly good but nothing special. The name has no numbers and is not offensive or sexual in any way (PM me for it).
