    Yes! finally getting broadband!
    After being on dial-up with 3kb/sec download rate for 8 years my family is finally getting broadband! 500kb/sec DL rate and 10gb for the month. which will be fine all i do is play WoW :D

    Places near me can't even get broadband, ie, my gf's house...

    Congrats. I remember when I had dial-up. Back in '02 when I started playing RS, it sucks, lagged so much. I remember I was also really excited when my mom finally decided to upgrade. We had dial-up for about 2 years.

    I know what its like having dial up.

    Dude, you NEVER EVER want to experience going from Broadband, back to Dial Up, its fucking insanely shit.

    We moved and we couldn't get broadband in our current area so we had like dial up for 6 months. Until we could finally get some wireless broadband that ofcourse still isn't as good as cable :(
