Guy beaten and arrested for having an unzipped jacket.

MIGHT be racism, but I'm not gonna say it just because he was black and the cop wasn't.

 

Wow, this is weird... I honestly dont have a clue what this would be about... I mean it is unusual for a cop to just say do a zip up, and he was about to do it aswell, then suddenly the cop runs outta the car and takes him down. I have a feeling its probs racism... If not then he must of done something before.

The angry black man leans over, and his body is hunched, and looks like he is yelling, or using some sort of fighting language, his body actions show that he isn't very happy, and the way he hunchs his jacket over his shoulders, as to say "Lets fight" He also was not standing on the foot path when there was moving traffic. He might of even been leaning over to say "Fuck the police" what we so commonly hear everyday, in rap songs.

My guess is, he was not standing on the foot path, the cops pulled over to see as to why he wasn't, and he's skitted up at them, said he will fight them, hunched the jacket over the shoulders, ready to fight, maybe made some accusation as to shooting them or he might even be a local drug dealer. And then later claimed that they told him to zip up his jacket, as to make it look like he was a nice guy.

Policemen have to put up with shit every day of their life, If you were doing your job, and some man was to show fighting actions towards you, you're not going to just let this man be on the streets.

I wouldn't agree this is a case of racism to anyone who thinks it is, because it's in broad daylight, on a busy street. If a cop wanted to be a racist, this wouldn't be the ideal place to do it.

And to people who think cops are racist, you're ignorant. If you said that, it's pretty much the same as me saying the black man just robbed a store with his 9MM which he disposed of somewhere
I have no proof? You have no proof as to what the man said to the police.

Anyway, that's my thoughts.

EDIT: After watching it a second and third time, I also love the fact how one second the cops are in the car, the next second they are out of the car. I'd really love them to show the bit where they go out of the car, and the time between that, alot of words could of been spoken between tha time, so until someone can post a full video, without any editing, and what was said, I would much prefer NO claims to racism or the cops being assholes.

He was standing there waiting for the frigging light to go green to walk and the cops SLAM on the brakes and start asking him to zip up his jacket, before he's done they pounce.

He wasn't standing there trying to start a fight with cops, they slammed on the brakes and bitched at him first.

 

The cops have to, by law, tell you why you're getting arrested. They failed to do that so they need to prosecuted and relieved from duty.

Where are you getting the anger from? He doesn't look angry at all. He looks annoyed the most waiting for the light. His arms are folded, nothing is wrong. And it appears that he points like he's showing where he's going to me.

The cops said it themselves they wanted him to zip up his jacket. They didn't mention him saying anything threatening or reaching for a gun. Defending much?

Hey you never know what really could've happened. It seems almost too unbelievable that police officers would just beat and arrest a man for no zipping up his jacket? There are a few possibilities but I don't see racism being influential here. I'd say investigate. Did the camera record the dialogue?
