    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

    Started out as an IP Audit with what looks like as a residential IP match, then looked into a report he was reported in Scammed for 3b by SlyMover2011
    and NFG is literally his server name, so it seemed pretty compelling to report.
