Again, here reporting another low life loser on Sythe who can't follow simple requirements.

I hired arkanos on the 21st of January to train my account to the follow stats :

Anyways, Today is the 2nd of February.. Mind you he told me it would take 2 DAYS, I received delivery of my account and what do you know, logged into my account to some really sad shit .

First, I log in and my account looks like it has been botting sand crabs training.

Great, secondly I look at my stats excited because I have been waiting a 2 weeks for delivery...

I SEE THIS FUCKER BOTTED TO LONG AND GOT 46 DEF ON MY ZERKER!!

Well, whatever 46 def I guess I will be a noob in the wilderness.. NOT.

I gave Arkanos my account with a bank value of, 50m.

Even if Arkanos returns my 50m I will need a maxed zerker from him asap. this is bullshit.

First my cordial greetings, first of all I apologize since my internet was not fully functional, I have had other jobs and everything has been successful ... but there is always a first time, when I asked to do construction I thought I could do it in a way to buy to finish the service. I did not think that things from the account could not be used, my mistake, I wanted me to review the inventory of the bank where it can be reflected that everything was used to finish the services. It was not theft of the gold in the account ... at the time of the DF I don't know how it got to 46, maybe it was at a time that my internet was crashing and it got out of the account but it continued to rise level
I would like to reach an agreement where this can be resolved, I feel super sorry about this.

If you had other jobs and weren't able to keep your word on delivery date / time - You shouldn't have taken the job. The gold was ripped from my account I was sad. I would've happily given more gp to cover costs of training but nope, my bank was RIPPED.

Also - it is 6471 XP from 45-46 def. If you are AFKING sand carbs and your "internet crashes" regardless of the 5 minutes afk timer you would not of gotten 46 defense.

Very sloppy and unprofessional mistake. Again, unless I get a maxed zerker and my moneys back you are still a goof in my eyes

I think it should remain open until this is solved, the client wants the payment of a new account but it is a lot for a service that I did wrong by mistake, a service that only cost $ 20, I do not know if it can help to solve this, since we are talking that he wants me to pay him 600M which would be $ 300, I proposed to do something to him to solve my error for free and for the 50M that he used to do the service or the refund of what he gave me for the service

@budbuddies I understand how pissed you may be, as I have been in the same situation, though I can't grant your request on the OP refunding you the full value. Indeed the account isn't as you may want it to be - but it still holds value. If you two can't come up with agreement let me know. If you were truly concerned with the 45 defense, you should have made it very clear that he should not level it past 45 defense, and provided an agreement of some sort of what would happen if he did indeed to past 45 defense. Though its obviously to late now, I hope you can take this a a lesson learned. This goes for you as well @Arkanos , when you provide servers you NEED to provide a TOS of some sort. I will talk to you privately about this matter, because it does help for cases such as these. Again let me know if you two can't come up with a reasonable agreement, and I will bring this report to the staff team to vote on how much/ if any should be refunded. Thanks

This has been discussed by the staff team, and the refund that will be required to be paid out to @budbuddies is $50 total, please let me know when this has been completed @Arkanos . This amount was decided because the account still holds value, though it's not what you want - the account is still near max, and could be turned into another type of account such as a Piety. In the future, you both need to have some sort of TOS, though its not 100% protection it definitely helps in cases such as this.

I don't want my account to be another account, that is the whole purpose of me getting the training for I would become a ZERKER

I also lost about 60m in gold, plus the cost of the service.

So yes, it does KILL The value of the account entirely.

This was a conclusion from a majority of Sythe staff, you will only be refunded $50. For the 50-60m, it's honestly hard to say who took it. Your only proof of there being 50m is a chat log of you saying there is 50m in wealth. But now your saying there was 60m. Additionally, in the chat logs i see where @Arkanos is asking you for gold to complete the tasks/quests, you could have easily mentioned that there was "50m in wealth why don't you use that". Anyways, let me know when you have received the $50 @budbuddies
