Someone help, seems more like a technical problem...

Whenever I navigate to the RS homepage, it works just fine. Although, the second I try to click either Play Free, Play Members or Log In buttons (regardless of whether they are the big buttons or the drop down box) it completely closes my browser window.

I've tried many different things such typing in the direct world URL in, holding s when clicking to run in minimum requirements, and even virus scanning my computer. Nothing helped.

Does anyone know how to fix this. It just closes the browser whenever I try to load the RS game.

 

Update java would be my guess. I had the same problem only with proxy. Whenever i run proxified browser it crashed, after i updated my java all went away.

 

i have 6 update 14. thats most recent one

 

Maybe try to dele all Temp internet files
and this folder: C:\WINDOWS\.jagex_cache_32 and download all over.

 

Yes, try delete your cache. If that doesn't work try reinstalling your Java.
