Aggressive people on the forums

Hello , I was just browsing the black market/skill trading forum, then I saw a thread name saying “cut 5k yews” I clicked it wondering what it was about and I was reading the thread. He said he wanted someone to do it free and to be trusted. I scrolled down the pages looking at the replies, a person replied to him saying I could do that I’m from RsBot. He replied.

He was just offering to help you and don’t have to mean about it.

So the main topic of the thread is that if you are requesting something pleas be positive about it. Don’t be angry if a newbie member that just started has got the wrong forums help me out

Perhaps sometimes people go around it in the wrong way, but that's always going to happen on a big forum like this. I can understand somebodies frustration when you make it perfectly clear that you want something free (I don't know in this case), with it being in the title and description (repeated), and somebody (usually a leecher) still asks if you will pay so much or whatever. Often people don't read posts and it is extremely annoying.

So yeah, just report the post and move on. There's nothing you can do - There's always going to be people who are seemingly blind or just want to annoy you, and there are always going to be people who respond in an aggressive manner

but he also put:

im sick of some bloodly leecher trynna scam/hack my acc(s)
SO if your a leecher

so whatever

 

I report and move on, if you actually say something you get a backseat mod infraction, which is needed sometimes, but really that infraction is annoying.

I'm just USED to correcting people, helping people, saying something like "Stop spamming my thread" or "Read the thread before posting...", it's my friggin' job on so many other forums lol.

If people are going to be jackasses about something, you can just act like you don't notice when you talk with them and report it.(If it actually IS breaking any rules.)

RSbot forum is shit. 100x worse than this forum in regards to flaming and abusing other members.

 

OP- That's just how life is. You're going to encounter a variety of people and some are bound to be mean.

Backseat moderation cannot be infracted with the recent rule update. It's a bunch of crap if you ask me.
