I got a reappeal for my offense

Reason for Appeal:
Someone else had access to my account
I think Customer Support have made a mistake

The only problem is that I only get two options. These two options aren't that helpful and I really want my account to be unbanned because I want to play on my account that I worked so hard on.. 99 mage/range, 92hp, 90str, 80att, 70def, 60 pray, and etc 100CB

 

If you appeal, include that you've gotten mature over the time the account has been banned. If they think you've learned your lesson, they will give you another chance.

 

The thing is the two option doesn't seem like it'll ultimately help me. I obviously didn't get hacked, and Jagex didn't make a mistake.. It's really confusing and if I pick someone else had access to my account and they see the IP address from my last home then I'd definitely lose. I don't have anything to lose but I want my account back

 

Pick the option customer report made a mistake. They will read it and understand what you are trying to say. Take some time to put together an appeal just saying you've grown up. Don't be cocky, by saying you deserve a second chance. Try to be more asking, not telling.

My appeal was such bull shit. I will help everyone out tomorrow by making a thread.

 

i tried that once and they said that they understand that i will never do it again but the offence still stands.

 

They wont believe you if you choose 'I think Customer Support have made a mistake' because they will just say that the review the evidence closely and they will deny and say you were in control, i tried it for one of my macroing offences.

It's too late for the first option now.. I just gotta pray and hope they've compassion for my account..

 

I jump the gun and got denied.. I felt both would've denied me regardless maybe idan does have something that will probably work. Regardless, Jagex are heartless people that don't have any compassion in their life for others!

do the customer support mistake, i did it a few days ago on 20m rwt and got unbanned. just write lots of nerdy shit and say "those poor people getting scammed by gold farmers for member credit" or something idk, just make it sound really nerdy desperate and that you grown up and are sorry and learned lesson and stuff, if its nerdy its gonna get accepted coz andrew gower himself is a nerd and really likes nerdy stuff.

 

Yeah man, I can't really do anything unfortunately I was unlucky. As a human I made a immature mistake without thinking clearly, but Jagex doesn't have any consideration or doesn't believe me. I messed up big time but I'll take it as a man and hopefully in another year I'll get another chance to appeal.. I really thought my appeal would work since it was really well done but i don't think any appeal would've worked for me. It's whatever

 

I don't know how nerdy my appeal could've gotten. I was saying a lot of nerdy stuff .. I was unlucky unfortunately.
