Well, hello and thanks for reading. Over the past two months that i have been back slinging at runescape i've noticed that there isn't any low level pure clans that are active on forums. Who are honorable organized and experienced and know how to lead a clan and how to pk as a low level pure clan. So i am deciding to see if i can recruit 5 people that are experienced at rs that have past experience with clans and forums and graphics who will want to help lead a low level clan with forums wars etc .

What is "Low-leveled" - 40-60? or can it be like 80?

Clan experience: High Council of an old Raw #40 clan. #1 RSB clan. Also led an old junior clan of a "legendary" RSB clan.

Good at graphics: Definitely not.

Know how to pk: PK'd over 100M. So yes.

Good with forums: Extremely.
