Monitoring my bot from my cellphone

Monitoring a bot from a cellphone over local .wap internet

Greetings,

Lately I've been using bots a lot to skill my runescape character. I'm sure many people are familiar with this matter, because whenever I leave home, I put on my bot to mine or wc for me etc. and then later when I get to work or school I'm curious about how my bot is doing.

So I thought, "is there a way to monitor it from my workplace or anywhere?"

I googled it up in search of programs that might be able to assist me. I found a couple spy programmes that could record or take photoshots of my computer desktop each X th second. I downloaded one, and I found that it could be used to take photos of my bot if I just left the program open for it to see, and it saved the images to a folder of my choice.

What remains is to find a way how I can view those images, I've found out that viewing them from my cellphone would be the best. Currently I am looking for some way to directly backup/copy/upload the files to a temporary internet folder that is viable from my cellphone's local wap internet, so that I can simply open them up once and a while and see what my bot is doing. I guess sharing the folder over internet would be a better way to describe it.

If anyone has got any ideas on how to do that, please reply here with a solution, I will try it out and update this thread, when I finally manage to do it I'll post a tutorial this could be very useful for some, especially for those who can just run back from school or work and "fix" it during breaktime. ^_^

Your phone got email?
Keylogg your computer with a professional keylogger that can take screenshots, and have the logs sent to your email, you will get only screenshots since you wotn be typing.

I've done it before to check from my school, it is easy as can be.

EDIT: JMacro had a bot monitor for their bot, you could view it by going to a url from any comp, it was really kick ass.

well i know that you can get pictures from your bot updated every 30 secs . You go to a website and type ur name and it will show pictures...this would be GREAT

all you have to do is get the script from rsbot that takes a screenie every time u get a level up

 

If you have an iPhone or iTouch just set up a VNC Server. I use one and it's great, You can control your computer from anywhere.
