Reporting Rs Crown (Elite ranks main owner) for scamming a host rank (reopening case)

well here we are yet again its been months of me trying to get what i was owed yet the only thing that happened is me lose even more bills in trying to follow the so called 'rules' of elite ranks.

as mentioned in the previous post everything is still happening, i have been hosting on an off due to me being working full time irl and have kept up with my 'weekly' payments as well as doing constant giveaways for the bettors whenever i can in trying to get my original rank back which was good at the beginning it took me about 5 months to get 3-4 upgrades of my intended (purchased) rank and that was fine i didn't mind it too much as i knew i wasn't been as active as i normally was in the past.

the reason i reopened the whole 'case' per say is due to what happened recently.
i have been trying to keep in contact with both 5wap and dj (admin in er) in trying to see when i would get my final upgrade back and for several weeks if not months it might as well have been talking to a wall when finally 5wap replied to my question properly. saying i should do a few 'bigger' giveaways for the next 3 days in order to get my intended rank back imgur.com i did so and this was over a week ago in those 3 days i gave away well over 200m 07 when i told him i would be happy to do a big giveaway of 150m 07 in a single day he said to spread it out which i did and gave away even more money yet what happened? nothing still had the same rank a week later.

next drama that happened was a few days ago when i got fined for breaking a rule which is fine sometimes you need to be in trouble to learn from it the issue with this is my host rank got removed which means i can't host which is the same classification as being deranked (yes i know it took me 2 days to reply but being active on discord isn't part of my daily lifestyle i'm only active when i'm free) but yet again there was no rule stating that i would be removed from being a host if i got fined from memory when i wrote up the rules there was a time limit of 1 week up to a month to pay 'major' fines which i didn't see much changes in.

so what do i want from all this? i want to be compensated for my rank again which was the other option i had in a sense with the first case as things aren't exactly being 'agreed' upon. if @Pirate could handle this case that would be great otherwise happy for another person to take it over yet again i'm going to ask for the same thing 50% of my rank payment and for the 100m 07 fine i'm happy for it to be taken from the deposit i paid for my rank or i can also arrange for the hosts that do owe me to pay back on my behalf

Yes I said that, you never contacted me again to receive the rank up, if you did I would of given it. I deal with a lot of different things every day so I'm not going to remember to give you the upgrade if it was so important you should of just messaged me.

You got a 100m fine, after getting the fine you did not contact any of us for days, obviously just trying to ignore it, as a result we took away your rank until you pay it.

I have far too much shit to deal with with everything that is going on, this is petty bullshit and a waste of time.

i am happy to pay the fine 1 host in particular currently owes me 200m+ 07 so i can easily pay the fine but the issue is the way this situation was handled yet again the professionalism is so ridiculously bad. simple stating : hey youve been fined 100m 07 and you have a week to pay before you are frozen/removed would have been so much more understanding than my rank being removed the 1 days i'm free to open up and earn some gold. The main issue in my opinion lies with the fact that 1 admin in particular seems to hold a personal grudge against me which is fine but when there's money involved personal grudges shouldn't be put in place. as i told rs crown the fine is not an issue for me what so ever the way the situation was handled just made me think back to what happened when i got banned for apparently scamming $50 when everyone knew i was going to be away for a while. i just think that if i end up putting more money into the server i'm going to be the 'target' for some people as i keep adding and risking personal equity for nothing but drama and trouble

 

its has been an ongoing thing for the past 8 months+ and even before then i have been trying to find out why my rank got removed since around june last year imgur.com
as i mentioned in the past i was an admin in er and i wrote most of the rules for them and when i did come back 8 months ago i re read all the rules to make sure of them which was fine but in the rules there was NOTHING at all stating that if in 2 days of you being fined you don't pay it that you would get deranked imgur.com did tell them that i was happy to pay the fine but apparently the rules are different for me and others imgur.com as i told both dj and 5wap the fine is fuck all i'm happy to pay it i just don't understand the reasoning why my rank was removed with 0 warning and 0 rule stating that my rank would get removed if i get fined and that's why this is opened it is the same thing that happened in the past with my rank being removed even thought everyone knew i was going to be away and people speculated that i scammed and i got banned without ever being active or stating my part of the story? its not hard to see when someone is online is it now?

 

@Pirate i would personally like to move on but with so much invested i would rather leave with something as i wouldve left originally from the first time around but i came back thinking things would change but instead i put in even more bills worth of 07 gp for nothing so if rs crown wants to pay me to leave then i would be happy but i doubt that would be the case so i'll wait for 1 of the people who owe me to pay my fine and try to host i just do not like the way they are doing double standards i just know that every issue i'll have with them will have 1 of their admins in the center who will add personal issues to the matter which is why i have requested for only rs crown to come to me with issues from now on
