Buying IPOD nano 4th Generation!

Hello I am willing to purchase your IPOD nano 4th generation off your hands!
I am willing to pay 80$or under for one and was wondering if anyone would want to sell theirs. It MUST be the color I want though.

COLORS WANTED:
-Black
-Silver
-Can be a mixture of both black and silver!

WILL BE DENIED PAYMENT AND SENT BACK TO SENDER IF:
-The Ipod is not a 4th generation
-The Ipod is not the color requested
-The Ipod was damaged in shipping (NOT MY FAULT)
-The Ipod looks beaten to hell, with a shit load of scratches. (I don't want shit for 80$ and under, I can make my own)

How will the trade go down?

NO MM Trade:
I will send you the shipping fee, all you have to do is give me the receipt for the shipping. Once the shipment has arrived to my home address you will receive payment. If the order is not what i requested, shipment will be sent back to sender.

MM Trade:
YOU WILL be responsible 100% to pay the fee's, shipment to the MM, and shipment from MM to me. This could run over 20-30$ is it really worth the hassle? If you think so you may choose this method over mine. Be aware I will only pay the original cost of the IPOD, No shipping fee's, MM Fee's, or anything else, only the original cost you want for the IPOD. This method actually doesn't bother me =D.
