It's the Runecrafter hat from Great Orb Project. I like the goggles down, most people wear them up though.

is this account meant for combat or skills?

 

It's meant for both. It's a pure, but I like to use it as a skiller too.

 

On my pure, I got 31 prayer, and it did NOTHING in pvp, I was 70 strength though so I used ultimate strength. When I used that I hit 2 more then I use to so I hit 20 with 2h. Before I hit 18 so it wasn't so bad. I gained 3-4 combat levels so it might be the same as getting strength up because it levels hit points as well.

Well, I'm going to be a granite mauler, so I guess 31 pray wouldn't hurt further on. Maybe 70 str or so.

Yep. It's what most skillers do.

 

Get 99 cook as your next 99 just because it's the fastest and requires the least clicking.

 

I was thinking that too, but then I got hacked last week and lost 8m. Now I only have 4m
