    1. Open up Cinema 4D. For this tutorial, I will be using Cinema 4D - Release 11. Your screen should look like this:

    2. Press F5. This is where you can draw your C4D on 2D palettes.

    3. Do you see the backwards S that looks like it is neon? It is to the right of the 3D cube on the toolbar. That's the spline tool. Click it. Now click and hold, and then drag the spline tool around in each 2D palette, drawing anything you'd like. Remember, you have to click the spline tool again each time you finished in one box. Refer to my outcome:

    4. Go to Objects > NURBS > Loft NURBS.

    5. Drag all the spline drawings you did under the Loft NURB that was just created in the right "layer" box. Congratulations, you just made a 3D image!

    6. Duplication the Loft NURB, by click on it once, and pressing CTRL + C and then pressing CTRL + V. Wah lah, you have another one. Now go to Objects > NURBS > HyperNURBS. Drag both Loft NURBs under it. This is so the image looks smoother.

    7. Now to add some cool stuff. Go to Objects > Deformation > Bend. Drag it under HyperNURB. Set the size to whatever you want, or keep it default, but make sure you change the Mode to Unlimited and change the strength and angle to anything.

    8. Go to Objects > Deformation > Bulge. Drag it under HyperNURB. Set the size to whatever you want, or keep it default, but make sure you change the Mode to Unlimited and change the strength and curvature to anything.

    9. Go to Objects > Deformation > Formula. Drag it under HyperNURB. Just leave it on default.

    10. Go to Objects > Deformation > Twist. Drag it under HyperNURB. Set the size to whatever you want, or keep it default, but make sure you change the Mode to Unlimited and angle to anything.

    11. Now for some really cool stuff. Go to Objects > Deformation > Explosion FX. Drag it under HyperNURB. Set anything to whatever you want, I left mine on default.

    12. I would save before this step. If you mess up, there's no going back. It looks like a double-sided arrow and it is to the top-right of the edit box. It is next to that little circle of arrows. Left click on that and hold it and zoom in, not too close, and not too far. Now, right click, and zoom out. Now, edit your view by clicking and holding on the circle of arrows and get yourself a good view. If you don't like it, load up your file and redo it.

    My outcome:

    12. Now add material(not going to go into detail on this). Just skip this if you'd like. After I added mine, I got:

    13. Go to Render > Render Settings... and make your settings like mine:

    14. Go to Render > Render To Picture Viewer and it will start rendering. When it's done, save it as a PNG file and it will be transparent, etc. Upload them and post them here! Here's my outcome:

    Other outcomes by me:

    Have fun!

It helps a lot for sig makers, (especially me) in making c4ds and not using a lot of the same ones. Now I can produce my own instead of using the ones from planet renders. Oh, and if you don't mind... May I use the last c4d of yours in a sig? :D.
