Pure Beginnings

Current Opinions needed:

-What prayer should I get, if any? This is for later on and not atm.
-Think I should get summoning? I don't think it gives CB lvls on PK worlds.
-Should I do Priest in Peril right now? I wont be pking for a while, so I see no harm. Plus, it opens up Port Plas. and hunting spots.

Got hacked last week =\ Lost all of my money. Back to square one.

Currently - Fletching

Start Date - May 6th, 2009

I am level 32 combat
I have mith gloves
I did NOT transfer any gp. All was made on this account.

Goals for my next 30 days:

-99 Fletching
-Get started on my second 99 (I need your help deciding which one to get. The option are Firemaking, thieving, cooking, or hunting.)
-10m cash

 

get all the requirements for DT. Do all of the quests for it, then do it. Once you have done that get 82 magic 50 attack and start off with 65-70 strength. Once you have that done get 70 range and you'll be pretty much set to just pk and train. Have fun being level 55-57.

 

I already have my plans mate, but thanks for the advice. I'm getting a 99 Fletching within the next 2 weeks and then I'm getting a second 99 (Maybe thieving) to trim the cape. Then I can train.

 

93-99 is still a long way. Finish getting 99 fletching, then you should start thinking about your next skill. Looking great so far, good luck.

 

Thanks mate, and I'm well over halfway. ~7.6m exp out of 13m. A couple weeks should be good for fletching. I've done it before XD

 

I did, 82-99 in 5 days.. GOOD LUCK THO!

Well, in all honesty, if I had a way to transfer, I'm sure I would haha.

And drchains, I looked at your skiller progress, I was/still am extremely impressed! I've never been able to keep a skiller going I get too bored. Not sure what it is about not being able to train combat that makes me miss it so much. Even if I only skill, I still want to be able to train it

 

Get hunter next, a free 30M to work on your stats. Then again, I would rather see the thieving cape, but don't do it for the cape

 

Well, Idk. Hunter seems really crowded now. I really just want the cape. I can make a mil a day if I straight mined pure essence. But then again, I might just try and get as many capes as I can in my career. I have more respect for pures with other 99s besides combat than pures that have maxed atk, str, range and mage.

 

For your next 99 go Hunt Or Thiev. Don't go in the Cooking or Firemaking path, Bad enough you got fletching haha. Nice though ^.^

not bad fo 30 days - ive mad a skiller and in 10 days has 88 fletching 50 cing - got 20 more days to get 99 fletchnig =)

And I suggest your second 99 to be Hunting since you do want 10m cash.
99 hunting will supply you with 25m+

 

Well, it depends on how long term you are talking. I don't like to sound like the average noob and just say "I want 99 everything!1!112" In a couple months, I would really like to have 99 Ranged and a fire cape.

Yeah, I really didn't want fletching, but I really wanted to get a skill cape at the start of my pure. And at lvl 32, a skill cape looks pretty impressive.

Thanks My only concern is that red chins are full of people and it would be hard to hunt.

 

I am currently hunting on my pure and went from 1 to 77 hunting in 3 days and you just have to find a good world. I am currently in a world where I am by myself

 

What did you hunt from 1-43? After 43, I usually do falcons, but what did you do? Starting it is so slow...

 

I plan on keeping 1 defense but not sure about prayer. What are your thoughts on prayer? As smite is pretty useless now.
