First of all, get a steady money making skill. I'd suggest fishing.
I'd also get 70 range before you train melee anymore, one because black d'hide looks good, secondly it should raise your Hp quite a bit and give you an extra lifeline
May i suggest that you start recipe of disaster and get iron gloves. this may sound stupid but i'd definatly get iron gloves before you train anymore and as and when you have the required stats/quests for mith go for them.
Last of all, if you can try and train slayer whilst getting up combat, for me it's a steady source of income (picking up herbs/p ess/adamant items to sell on) and it lesses the boredem of training as you'll always be training on different monsters
