Last time I really played on the account (2 years ago), it had rsc access, not sure if it still does cause it hasn't been p2p since.

Most blocks are 0, 1 or 2. And 80 or 82 doesn't really matter that much, so if you could give me a price for the account with all blocks being a 0 I'd be very grateful

The skills and stuff aren't really my area but i'd have to say a good $60 for the skills.

This isn't necessarily the prices you should be asking, But it's a good value estimate.
