moved to low level junk in S.Stronghold
Killed a little bit stronger stuff at S.Stronghold
did rock crabs for a bit
recently I've been training on red spiders in varrock sewers.

I haven't done combat training lately. The only thing I need is 65 def for bandos, but I am still getting $$$ atm
