Do NOT Do This...EVER!!!

Ok ive heard many people who say that if your account gets banned for botting just threaten to "kill yourself" and they give it back..DO NOT FREAKING DO THIS!

So i go on my pker and find he is banned..i go to acc management page see he is banned for botting and send an appeal saying i will kill myself. This all happens at around 7:30pm pacific.

11:30pm pacific: *doorbell rings* i get up to go answer it. Guess who? ITS THE MOFOING 5-0!!!! I was like "Hi..." they said "yea is a err (my name) here?"
"yes this is he" i replied. "Ok we are wondering if you were going to kill yourself..." he said kinda wierdly.."Err as you can see im alive..why?" he said "well because we recieved a report from a company based in britain that you were going to kill yourself."

3 Things went through my head.
A: if i threatend to kill myself at 7:30 he is a little late.
B: Wtf they called the cops on me
C: Damn it is late and cold

They warned me to not do so otherwise and left



MORAL OF THE STORY: Dont threaten to kill yourself on runescape..EVER!!=|

I did the same thing in march, pretty awkward moment and I'm afraid of the cops now . But, this is just spam, and there's not a point in it... It will get locked.

Yh I think this happened to someone else because I've heard the same thing happening before. But who is stupid enough to kill themselves over a game? Jagex take it too seriously.

 

Just wondering, how the fuck do they get your pinpoint address? The IP that they gather doesn't like point to your house on the map, and the ISP isn't obliged to give addresses because of some suicide attempt (fake) to Jagex, who notifies the police. Plus wouldn't it be some mental health people who go to peoples houses if they feel that some suicide might happen?

Forgive me for my ignorance it reasons were stated in other threads.
