well its me yellow hell 24 and i was banned for scamming it says but i dont scam never mean to scamm and when it happens i dont ever mean for it to i always find a way to paysome one plz unbann i will not scam again

 

I'm slightly confused; you don't mean to scam, but it happens anyway, and you won't do it again? Multiple personality disorder?

His report shows you admitting it, and scamming someone simply because you got scammed by another user is not an acceptable defense. While it was good that you returned the account, you did so only with the intent to have the report against you removed. With that in mind, we cannot unban you.
