Do You Feel Like Christians Today Are Two-Faced?

I used to go to christian school too, in my opinion, they're usually all fake. They smile to your face, take your money and talk about you behind your back.

 

Exactly. The hypocrisy is really funny, if you can get past the twinge of annoyance. My particular favorite is the "gangsters" (there is a fair share where I live) who wear crosses and other religious paraphernalia, but incessantly boast about their various misdoings. It would be fine if it didn't directly contradict their religion..

On the whole, however, I don't expect the religious masses to act fully on their beliefs. I don't feel I'm someone who can judge on hypocrisy, because I'm constantly catching myself being a hypocrite.

Yup, the Bible was written in the context of that time period, and in that time period having slaves was totally ok. This fact nearly proves that the Bible was written by men.

I love how you're attacking Christians, when the old testament (what you're quoting from) is taken from the Jewish Torah. Why aren't you calling Jews hypocrites?
