BayBay Suspicious Activity

Well, A friend of mine, Fr0styb0w, asked me to talk to someone who he bought an account from, the problem was Fr0sty sent him 300$, CAD, after recieveing it, BayBay said he wanted it USD, and said that the 300CAD is a "downpayment", well Fr0sty can't pay the rest of the 300USD, and BayBay refuses to refund. The only information Fr0sty has gotten is the password, which in the end is meaningless as the account can be recovered at any moment.

He accepted the payment, even though he knew it wasn't USD, and took it as a "downpayment", fr0sty can't pay the rest right now.


Basically says he doesn't want to talk about it, i offer him to talk to a mod, he starts talking about how i have no power, which I wasn't even saying i do.
