Borrowing upto $15 will pay back x2 [Paypal no claim and cancel]

I don't know what happened to the other post but yeah title says it all.

I need the money to buy subscribers on Curts site among other things and I'll refund you the money as soon as I sell some stuff which should be by the end of this week.

You don't need to claim and cancel so you can get your money back whatever happens. I only need one person to do this so please hurry and add [email protected] and when you lend me the money please post here so everybody can see I no longer need it, thanks.

I really don't see how borrowing virtual money fits in this section.
You're supposed to buy/sell tangible items.

(edit) Just ask someone to send $15, and then chargeback after you spend it. That way you're left with a negative balance, and you'll be forced to pay it back if you're verified.

 

I know it doesn't really fit in, but I couldn't find anywhere else to do it and I don't know tricks with paypal if the person lending me the money wants to do that cool I'm fine with that
