I'm sorry, are we really doing this? This is how far Sythe.org has come after 4 years? Banning people who say something that mods don't like?

Oh and lets see all these posts be deleted in about 5 hours.

I'm pretty sure Richard would step in and straighten the mods out when they censored appropriate things, which would fall for this.

No offense to you, Ville, but I'm not defending you specifically. It's this whole website, and I'm baffled by what it's come to. It's like a game to people...

I've already seen all of it, and most of it is history that has already been addressed. The drama is unnecessary; Jesse sent it because Cfrey gave it to him, and Cfrey's always looking for trouble.

I know that this is a sensitive case and that people are afraid to post. Someone might even infract me now for double posting; just to get an excuse to get me banned.

Shouldn't someone give Pshynosis another option, possibly, retiring? I think it's just a disgrace just to see someone who has put forth much effort into Sythe; then being demoted for, Verts statement, "Inactivity/misconduct."

I think giving Pshynosis a retired rank, would be the least the staff could do for him until he chooses he is ready to take on the challenges of being a member of the staff again; leaving that choice open to him.

Not to mention, Pshynosis getting 'demoted' is way over the top, but just for Inactivity/misconduct is just unrightfulness.

A 'retired-rank' should be in a high consideration.

Better yet, Pshynosis should get a 'say-so' whether to stay a part of staff or be a part of the retired staff; completely demoted for a thing that could've been resolved, easy as a contact on an instant messenger, is indispicible.

Only 2 of your posts were deleted. Nobody else's were.

 

Why were those two deleted? To censor the truth. If it's the past, then let them stay, that's a perfect example of corruption in this staff or exceptions.

Even if the subject has been discussed and Finn has been given three chances, I think the website rules shouldn't say "no second chances" when clearly you can be given more than one and still achieve the rank of administrator which used to be a serious thing.

You all keep banning me, deleting posts that are "harm to the site", when in reality I'm informing members what most staff/ex-staff know. Everyone should know that some staff members have an ugly past and yet are staff. You shouldn't hold the people who are trying to acknowledge the others accountable for drama. Drama is just a side-effect of these posts. An admin who has been with the site for less than two years should not be singling out a moderator who has been with the website for almost four years. That's ridiculous, he has been a staff member longer than Finniscool has been a member of this website.

I also don't know when Pen became an April 05 member because I'm positive he wasn't around under the name Pen.

 

It's so demeaning to the staff that they are trying so hard to keep me banned. I didn't even get to post on the last account before it was banned (Jewdaism__).

 

meh, i've never been a huge fan of pshynosis, but i do think a demotion may have been a bit harsh

I was disappointed when I saw the Pshy demotion, and I assumed it had something to do with the You_Jew's promotion thread. I may be wrong, but I pity this site. When I first joined the staff were a great bunch of people who earned promotions through hard work, and not through sucking up. I am fed up with the disrespect given to the older members. I am still not over the disgusting demotion of SMR, the promotion of Finn to admin over such members, namely Daily.

To get anywhere on Sythe these days is through sucking up. I shall quote Finniscool from one of my interviews with him.

Magic Arrow - What are your thought on all the sucking up that occurs on Sythe.org?
Finniscool - I have no problem with it. I think it's just a clever technique to get what you want, and seeing as it's devious (and it works) I approve.

Really? Is that how this site became so successful? Through techniques like sucking up? I have never spoken to Pshy, but I respect his style of not herding like sheep, and telling us his thoughts.

They made this site, yet none are still even considered staff. Some are banned. Finn got his position through sucking up, and the future staff will all get promoted on the basis of sucking up.

On the second chances thing, in my memory MegaMatt got hacked and scammed someone. But he is still staff. Solid Tank got hacked and got demoted, yet nothing was scammed. Double standards much?

Pick staff because they earn it, not because you like them.

I remember his signiture and avatar before he got his name shortened. crying rs dude with r2h in his mouth. hahahah. i got mad respect for him. i remember like, looking up to him when i was a forum noob on sythe. lol. i thought he was owner of site till i read more about sythe himself.

I agree with you 100% on this. I have hovered these forums for so long. And noticed how much it has changed. I'm glad I am not staff hahaha. Too stressful, and scandalous. too much shit to handle. its like, watching the entire human race (as we are right now) and as we destroy our planet and fuck each other up, its like that. hahaha. here though we destroy each other for what...pride? shit fuck that. internet pride just leads to faster masterbation. where the fuck am i going with this.
