block websites

okay my nerd brother goes on these stupid private servers and plays runescape.

how do i block them?
i tryed with internet explorer but he then unblocks them is there a way i can password protect it?

also i got kaspersky internet security, is there a way i can block sites with that?

i pounch him and he still plays even if i kick his ass he crys and still plays hes a super nerd.

so i needa block them, with our old comp he went on all this shit the computer went all laggy and i dont want him to do tha same with this one

Just uninstall Java

 

Step 1:Find the IP of the server he goes to
Step 2:Edit your hosts file so that IP goes to localhost
Step 3:???
Step 4:format your computer

 

or you could just kick his ass and never let him on the computer again
