[Buying - Paypal] XBL Halo3 Gamertag [Requirements]

Hey guys, if any of you have one or can get one, I'll pay good.
I'm looking for a Gamertag that has the following Halo 3 experience if not better:

600+ XP (would love 1,000+)
30+ in LoneWolves (would rather have a 50)
And other overall good stats such as a good matches won to matches played ratio.

Career completed on Legendary. (not needed but I'd like it)
All achievements MUST be unlocked for Halo 3.
