Selling steam account

Hi, I am new here and have joined to sell my steam account with 9 games on it. The games include:
CS:S
TF:2
DOD:S
HL2
HL2 EPISODE 1
HL2 EPISODE 2
HL2 DEATHMATCH
HL2: LOST COAST
PORTAL.

I will sell the account for around $30 but the price is negotiable.

I will only accept paypal if anyone is interested and i will also be using a middle man. (just to be on the safe side for both of us)

are you interested in a cheaper price? maby $25. i have spent quite alot of money on this account and dont want to let it go for to little. what does the digits mean? I know the lower the better, but you will get the same games.
