    Ambien CR vs. Weed

I created this thread to show a point about what is going on in this so called "drug war." The "War On Drugs" is just a clever disguise to protect the drug industries profits. It's not that they don't want you to buy drugs, it's that they want you to buy THEIR DRUGS. So they keep coming up with these random drugs that are horrible to your health and they give them crazy names and then show tons of commercials about them on TV. Then you go out and buy these drugs for hundreds of dollars and the drug companies make money.

Everything they say about weed is a lie, and the reason they do that is because they can't make as much money off selling weed as they can with some engineered super chemical. It is much harder to make drugs like Lunesta and Ambien CR, so it will justify a huge price tag and the doctors and chemists make money. As for weed, all you have to do is plant the seed and watch it grow, so it won't cost as much, and practically anyone can do it. The result of weed becoming legalized would put many chemists and scientists out of the job since there wouldn't be a need for new super drugs, but how can keeping them employed and rich justify putting thousands of kids in jail for smoking a plant?

If the drug companies truly cared about your health, they would be advertising weed everywhere, since weed is a natural plant and it is a good sleep aid. Still think that the drug companies care about your health? well take a look at this:

Side effects of Ambien CR: *

Daytime drowsiness -- up to 15 percent of people
Dizziness -- up to 12 percent of people
Headache -- up to 19 percent of people.

Over 1 percent of people experienced:

    Constipation
    Difficulty with coordination
    Hallucinations
    Disorientation
    Anxiety
    Depression
    Binge eating
Memory problems (see Ambien CR and Memory Problems)
    Spinning sensation (vertigo)
    Nausea
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) -- heartburn is the most common symptom
    Heart palpitations
    Fatigue
    Muscle pain.
    Suicidal thoughts
    Confusion
More outgoing or aggressive behavior than normal
    Strange behavior
    Depression (see Symptoms of Depression)
Hallucinations (seeing, hearing, or feeling things that are not really there)
    Agitation or restlessness
    Fainting
    Slurred speech
    Coordination problems
    Vision changes.

    Less than 1 percent experienced:

    Sleepwalking
Impotence (also known as erectile dysfunction, or ED)
    Hypertension (high blood pressure).

If a person overdoses on Ambien CR, the symptoms can vary. Some reported symptoms include, but are not limited to:

    Excessive tiredness (somnolence)
    Light coma
    Heart failure
    Lung failure.
    Death.

Ambien CR should not be taken with alcohol, if it is then the effects of alcohol are greatly increased:

    Drowsiness
    Lack of coordination
    Speech problems
    Memory blackout
    Severe depression
    Loss of consciousness.

Addiction to Ambien CR is possible and patients may experience these withdrawal symptoms:

    Unpleasant feelings
    Sweating
    Nausea
    Fatigue
    Insomnia
    Irritability
    Stomach cramps
    Panic attack
    Vomiting
    Tremors

    Side effects of Weed:

    100 percent of people experienced:

    Happy
    Chill
    Hungry
    Sleepy

    Other side effects:

    Short term memory loss
    Dizziness
    Red eyes
Lung problems (if done frequently over a long period of time)

    You can't overdose on it.

Weed may be taken with alcohol and if done so you will probably just throw up and pass out.

So honestly, which one seems more safe? Still think the drug companies and doctors care about your health? Or do they care more about their paycheck?

    Ambien CR vs. Weed

There is a flaw in your Weed side effects.

Not 100% of people are happy, chill, hungry, and sleepy at all.

My brother and sister don't smoke due to the fact that it makes them really paranoid and anxious. When my brother smokes weed, he also doesn't to eat due to being paranoid and anxious and he it takes him a while to get to sleep because his mind is racing.

I also know that this happens to some of my friends too. So, you definately have some flaws. Don't try to bring this up to the government or they will laugh in your face XD.

Your friends probably can't handle the weed. Trust me I've had paranoia too when I smoked a shit ton, and I felt like my head was about to explode. So my advice to your friends is to smoke less or don't smoke at all if they can't handle it.

And if you haven't learned anything from this thread, the government won't give a shit if I tell them anything about weed. All the evidence and facts were already presented but like I said the drug industry is paying them to keep it illegal.

Mixing Ambien and weed is really fun. But I understand that if Ambien is mixed with alcohol or other depressants (not sure if cannabis is a depressant) it can cause Myasthenia gravis, wich is a neuromuscular diesease. However, never ever smoke Ambien, that may cause a black out.

Also I found where to get ambien without prescription http://www.ambienwithoutaprescription.com/

First of all your side effects for weed are not accurate. Although i experience many of the same emotions repetitively. I know tons of people who dislike smoking because they become paranoid etc. I feel theres always an increase level of paranoia while being high at least for me anyways. Certain things scare me more when im high then when im sober.

Thats just me, but yes i agree theres many many many many many many many many many legal drugs that will cause more damage to you then weed, including alcohol and tobacco.

    Ambien CR vs. Weed

I've been taking Ambien for more than 6 years and I've never experienced any of those side effects. I've even taken it in large doses many times. I've also mixed it with alcohol, weed, acid, opiates, and countless other drugs. Out of all the dangerous narcotics out there, why would you pick Ambien to talk about? Just another legalize weed thread basically. We get it.

I think you're preaching to the choir with this. Most people on Sythe don't seem to have a problem with weed, however you're never going to get it legalized by telling us how great it is. Obviously you smoke a decent amount already so I don't see why you want it to be legalized if the law hasn't hindered your use.

I understand where you're coming from, and I agree that weed should be legalized, but you're never going to get any laws changed by posting on a forum about it.

    Ambien CR vs. Weed

Ambien took me to the moon the first time I tried it. I took one and started watching tv. The next thing I knew I was waking up the next morning o_O
Bud will knock you out for sure, without any side effects but a lack of dreams or weird dreams, and some cottonmouth. Also) ambien made my mouth taste like ink anytime I tried to eat or drink.
