Recovery questions

Is there any way to cancel recovery questions? On the account management page you can only cancel pending ones, is there any way to cancel questions that are already set?

 

try to recoer your account, saying someone changed your passwrod, that will do it.

 

You can easily cancel the ones.

You have to file a report under "Recover Lost Password". Either of the choices work.

The trick is you have to say "I did not set any recovery questions" so that means you have to recover the account without recoveries.

Actually, you need to file it under "Stolen Password" I believe.

 

Yeah that's what I thought too, unless they've changed it, that's how I've done it in the past. Usually takes 1-3 days.

 

I just did it and it worked
