How to become a faster runner

Running is my kind of sport, im going to give this a try when i go out walking my dog tonight.

But i think your warm up is a little broad

I myself run 400, 100, and relays and i never do that kind of warm up

 

Nice guide, at our school we run a little test called the "pacer" and it's from one side of the gym, to the other. And I take jogs and runs back and forth around my neighborhood alot and I got 96 pacer runs

 

Pretty nice. Will help me for next basketball season .

 

Well you tried your best but you cannot actually train someone oever the internet, also i would recommend you update the guide with spike for the more serious runner as this can increase you speed over 100 meters by a second or so
here is a basica example or some cheap sprinting spikes
($50)
and the more expanesive spriting spike
($150)

 

You may want to include optional work-outs and make your text a bit more exciting to read..with color and such. Over-all it's a pretty nice guide though. I run track and it seemed to make sence.

 

Hopefully this will improve my running.

 

Good guide, should give us stretches to do though!
